The Checkout Date of The Student Dormitory Will Be Postponed to July 31.

1. You can continue to live in the dormitory until July 31st (12: 00am). It’s FREE for this extension. Only electricity will be charged as usual. If you would like to change your checkout time, please refill this form at https://forms.gle/VNzqx3NuVKEjYxGP9.

2. Electricity bill: The resident will be billed for the electricity service until they return the room key and complete the check-out procedure.

- General students: The electricity fee will be charged on the tuition and miscellaneous fee payment slip next semester

a. For those who have already returned the keys (before 5/31): The electricity billing date will be based on the date and time of the checkout. (before 5/31) [Kaohsiung University Student Dormitory Housing Situation Survey-5/22 New Edition]

b. If the key has not been returned, there are two ways to return:

(a) If you send it back to the dormitory office, and the date of the key return will be the electricity billing date.

(b) If you return the key into the return box, the dormitory office will check the key box at 4 pm every day, and confirm that the returned keys, the date of the key return will be the electricity billing date.

3. From August 1 to the end of summer break in Dormitory Application

The regulations of applying for the dorm within this period will be announced in July. Please check frequently for housing updates and apply for it if you need.

4. The dorm fee of summer housing will be charged NT$120 per day.

109學年第2學期學生宿舍清宿通知(110.6.7更新)

一、為避免跨區移動，降低感染風險，並配合三級警戒，學生宿舍本學期住宿期限延至7月31日中午12時。延長住宿期間將不另收取住宿費，電費仍比照學期間計算方式收費(結算方式詳如下文「清宿」第5點說明)。

二、清宿

(一)請同學在情況允許之下，兼顧防疫措施，盡可能提早清宿，避免7月31日交通壅塞及清宿人潮多造成不必要之群聚。

(二)退宿時間如有異動，請務必重新填寫【高雄大學學生宿舍住宿情形調查-5/22新版】https://forms.gle/VNzqx3NuVKEjYxGP9

(三)本次清宿期限為7月31日中午12時前。

(四)清宿方式：

1.本次清宿不檢查，但仍請將個人物品清空，並將鑰匙投入宿舍辦公室門前紙箱。如離開前忘記繳回鑰匙，基於安全考量及避免重製鑰匙所衍生之費用，請於7月31日前將鑰匙寄回宿舍辦公室(811726 高雄市楠梓區高雄大學路700號 學生宿舍辦公室收)。

2. 若有借用公共物品者(臨時卡、備用鑰匙、小冰箱等)，請於退宿前歸還至宿舍辦公室。

(五)電費結算：以繳回鑰匙為退宿程序完成之依據。

1.一般生：電費於下學期學雜費繳費單收取。

(1)已繳回鑰匙者(5/31前)：以(5/31前)【高雄大學學生宿舍住宿情形調查-5/22新版】填寫之退宿日為電費結算日。

(2)尚未繳回鑰匙者，繳回方式有二：

A.寄回宿舍辦公室，以鑰匙寄達日為電費結算日。

B.繳至鑰匙歸還箱，宿舍辦公室「每日下午4時」清點鑰匙箱，確認回收鑰匙者，以當日為電費結算日。

2.畢業生：請於宿舍辦公室服務時間辦理退宿及結清電費。

(六)不開放家長及非住宿生進入宿舍。

三、腳踏車

(一)因開學前辦理新生入住及其他活動，宿舍區域不開放停置腳踏車，住宿生請於7月31日中午12點前將腳踏車攜回或另覓其他停車位置並妥以上鎖。

(二)暑假住宿之同學，如有停放腳踏車之需求，請於暑假住宿入住時提出申請，憑停車證於規定區內停放(規定區於發放停車證時一併告知)。【暑假住宿詳見下文「暑假住宿」說明】

(三)違規停放於宿舍區腳踏車將於8月1日後逕行移除清理。

四、暑假住宿：請同學務必遵守防疫規定及宿舍規範。

(一)配合學期間住宿延長，已公告之暑假住宿規定及6月1日至6月6日提出之暑假住宿申請均作廢。7月31日前，不開放暑假住宿。

(二)原因應防疫及安全考量，暑假住宿改至學二宿舍(住宿費160元/日)，然考量學生經濟狀況，暑假住宿回歸學一宿舍(住宿費120元/日)。

(三)相關申請規定，將於7月公告週知，屆時有住宿需求者，另行申請。

五、量體溫

未辦理退宿之住宿生，每日需自主健康管理量測體溫並登錄系統 https://reurl.cc/6yAbeV
